Shipping: Outgoing shipping is always free. All Merchandise shipped out at Diamond Ring Forever has no cost to the customer. Any return shipping will be paid by the customer. Sales Tax: Sales Tax will be added to all orders originating from the state of Texas. Orders: Orders can be placed via telephone, ask for Internet Sales Department. Or you may email us, with your name, telephone number, the item number and description. One of our Internet Sales Reps will contact you regarding payment and shipping information. Important -- Please Read Diamond Ring Forever certifies that, ALL of our diamonds are Certified or Appraised. This includes all of our Engagement Rings and Settings. Diamond Ring Forever will not replace lost or stolen center diamonds purchased by our clients. It is very important that you get insurance to cover loss and theft. All diamond rings are made with the finest metals and craftsmanship on-site. Our Life-time Warranty: Diamond Ring Forever will guarantee the quality of the diamond ring setting. If for any reason one of the small diamonds on the setting comes loose please give us a call and we will repair it at no additional charge. Next Day Service: In most cases, all purchases made before 3:00 p.m. each day will be processed for delivery the same day at the earliest. Custom made settings can take up to four business days for delivery. Delivery is expected by 12:30 p.m. the following morning after processed for delivery fully insured via FedEx. Returns: If you decide to return your item, Diamond Ring Forever offers a 7 day full refund guarantee minus shipping/labor costs incurred by Diamond Ring Forever (if applicable). Please notify us of any item being returned, returned item without an advance notice will be rejected (Please call before you made any return). Returned items without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted. Any return
after the 7 Days in 30 days period will receive a store credit
"Only" with 10% restocking fee applied to the store credit. All original
paperwork and documents must also be included. Returned items
must be received in their original packaging and in perfect
condition. Any unauthorized, improperly
packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. We
can only process your request after our expert, inspects the
returned item and verifies it is exactly the same piece of
jewelry in the same condition. Sales are final no return or
exchange will be accept it. Refunds: The following procedures are taken when refunds are requested: n Credit Card Refunds are issued within 10 business days of merchandise return, as long as the return is made within the seven days as described above. Any merchandise returned after the seven days will receive “store credit” only, which may be used within 180 days, if not used within this time frame the credit will be forfeited. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. n Cashier’s Check and Money Order refunds will be issued by company check thirty (30) days after receipt of the payment. n No Return or Exchange or Upgrade will be Accepted for Special Custom Design Orders and Clearance Items.
